This is an exciting new role within Skyhigh Security’s growing business as our first Commercial Sales Account Development Representative based in Singapore. Responsible for the development of our commercial sales in ASEAN, you will work with our prospects and customers directly within our Channel focused model to aggressively grow our market share and delight our customers with our Gartner leading Security Service Edge Solutions.

About the role:
- Responsible for selling company products (through distribution channels) and performing account management tasks for existing customers. Also, generating new customers by outbound calls or internet engagement with qualified leads.
- You will be Identifying decision makers, determining customer needs, and explaining product/service alternatives. (we will give you great product training of course!)
- You will play the driving role in recommending the most suitable products/service, features and benefits, overcoming customer objections, and closing sales
- Attempts to cross-sell or up-sell each account and refers to other parts of the sales force as appropriate.
- Informs and engages customers using persuasive techniques to motivate customers; urge timely action toward actual purchases.
- Provides customer service to existing customers to ensure satisfaction via internal contact with sales or external contacts with distributors.
About you:

Your background includes 3+ years of positioning software solutions within enterprise accounts across all levels of decision makers. Knowledge of the Security industry is preferred but we are very happy to talk with driven Sales professionals from Cloud related disciplines.
