Our Sales Engineering team is looking for you, a talented Systems Engineer who creates solution architecture that delights our customers. You’ll be one half of a tight partnership with our account team to lead and engage the customer throughout the sales lifecycle, building Customer and Partner trust. You’ll provide exemplary technical expertise on customer product and solution demonstrations, proof of concept, proposals, use cases, and solutioning to gain technical wins.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Actively lead solution led sales calls and prospect visits to qualify the customer’s requirements
  • Gather business requirements to develop properly specified and sized solutions that ensure bill of materials (BOM) meets use case requirements, within the customer’s business needs
  • Create and present market-differentiating solicited and unsolicited solution proposals
  • Build a trusted relationship with technical and business leaders within targeted accounts and Partners to expand the existing footprint and drive competitive displacements
  • Own the comprehensive, consultative technical or solution response to RFIs/RFPs
  • Lead proof of value (POV) as required from an engagement
  • Support customer beta activities and early adopter programs
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap based on customer and partner requirements.
  • Collaborate with key Partners to enable them to position our advanced solutions together with their service offerings
  • Present and act as the technical account lead for Customer Executive Briefing events

To Fly High in this role:

  • Thrive in a high-profile, customer-facing role with 5+ years of cybersecurity experience
  • Are a demonstrated technical expert in one of these technologies: Secure Service Edge Solutions & architectures; Cloud and Virtualization security; Data protection and privacy; Networking, Web Proxy and SDWAN; Workload and Container security
  • Love presenting and showcasing innovative technologies, solutions and approaches
  • Have a bias for technical detail
  • Demonstrate an instinctive understanding of customer architectures, context and capability
  • Have the ability to pivot from Technical to Executive Business level conversations
  • Demonstrate an ability to effectively adapt to relevant customer use cases and improvement opportunities

It would be great if you also have:

Industry relevant certification such as AWS, Azure, GCP, CISSP, Cisco, CEH
