About the Position
- Develops new courses and/or conducts formal professional technical training for engineers and technicians in company and OEM (original equipment manufacturer) engineers.
- Determines course content and student learning objectives, prepares course syllabi, lesson plans, and student manuals.
- Evaluates training materials and procedures and makes or recommends revisions to keep courses up-to-date.
- Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur.
- Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.
