Role Overview:
Skyhigh security is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Customer Marketing and Advocacy.
What You'll Do:

Launch and Manage a global Customer Advocacy Program: Identify advocates as potential references, maintain a reference tracking system, and engage with them to support various initiatives. Ensure alignment across marketing, sales, client success, and customer marketing teams.

Customer Advisory Board (CAB) : Establish and manage a customer advisory board composed of key customers who can provide insights into product development, marketing strategy and overall customer satisfaction.

Lead Integration of Customer Narratives: Incorporate customer stories, testimonials, and visuals into marketing efforts, including the website, social media, product marketing, demand generation, PR, and communications, to ensure a cohesive brand representation.

Manage Customer Case Study Lifecycle: Oversee the creation, management, and performance tracking of customer case studies. Lead the production of customer stories and videos across various use cases, industries, regions, and products to support marketing, sales, and account management efforts.

Implement Customer Brand Compliance Processes: Establish a thorough process for the approval, documentation, and timely updates of client logos, ensuring consistency with customer brand guidelines and legal standards.

Support Customer Retention Efforts: Collaborate with customer success teams to monitor health scores and develop personalized marketing initiatives for customers at risk or churn.
What You'll Bring:

Experience: 5-7 years in customer marketing, advocacy, or a related field, with a proven track record in managing client relationships and developing impactful customer stories that enhance Skyhigh Security’s brand and market position.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to articulate value propositions, negotiate with internal stakeholders, and build strong relationships with customers.

Organizational Skills: Proven time management and organizational abilities, with a creative and tenacious approach to advancing multiple projects and ensuring timely client follow-ups.

Analytical Mindset: A blend of creativity and analytical skills to derive insights from advocacy activities and translate them into actionable strategies.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in cybersecurity or related technology marketing, with a focus on customer success and advocacy.
Base Pay Range: $115,000 – $214,000. Actual base pay within this range will depend on varying circumstances, including the work location, individual qualifications, company budget and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include annual bonuses and long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy.
